1. I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Please allow 24–72 hours for order processing.
Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days across India.
You will receive tracking details on email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped.
Once the packing & dispatch process starts, orders cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, email us at hello@myacra.com with your order number.
3. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at hello@myacra.com.
Address changes can be made within the first 12–24 hours of placing the order.
No changes or refunds can be made once the order is shipped.
4. What is your return or refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request a return or replacement:

🔁 The item must be unused and in original packaging
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Note:
Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind or dislike after use.
If your package is in transit, please wait for delivery before requesting a return.
5. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery times within India are:
