• Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. To request a refund or replacement within 3 days:

• Contact us at hello@myacra.com, and we will provide the return address.
• Choose between a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

Note: Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
